Can I spray Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oil on my Climbing Hydranda after it rains?

We are leaving on a trip and I would like to give my climbing hydrangea its second application of the Horticultural Spray before leaving. It rained last night and I don't know if I should spray on the wet leaves. I don't have that much time to do it otherwise before leaving on our trip. Please let me know

We recommend to apply Bonide All Seasons Horticultural Spray Oilproduct when its almost dry at least, you should wait 24 hours after or before rain to apply the products.
