Can I spray Crossfire on my mattress encasements, or should I remove them?

Can I spray directly on my encasements, or should I remove my encasements to apply?

Answer:

No, Crossfire Bed Bug Concentrate would be seams/spot treatment only. You can't spray Crossfire all over the encasements. Per the label for mattresses, it states, "Crossfire can be directly applied to mattresses and box springs surfaces. For porous surfaces such as mattresses and carpet perimeter areas, apply until thoroughly damp but not wet. Infested bed linens should not be treated. These should be removed, tightly sealed in a plastic bag, laundered, and dried at high temperatures before re-use. Vacuuming surfaces before treatment is highly recommended. Using pinstream, coarse or low-pressure equipment, spray directly to the mattress surface, paying special attention to seams, folds, tufts, and edges, as well as bed frames and box springs where bed bugs harbor. Re-make the bed with clean linens before reuse."
