Can I spray on a walnut tree, add a bait like Molasses for control of walnut husk flies? Is it safe?

To kill Walnut Husk flies. It was recommended that insecticides with Bifenthrin WSB be added to baits like molasses. My concern is whether it is safe and harmless to use the walnuts after harvest.

Talak 7.9% F Insecticide is not labeled to be applied to edible plants or to be mixed with molasses. We do not know of a bifenthrin-based product labeled for this use.
