Can I spray Pendulum 3.3 two weeks before I plant pine seedlings in the spring in Wisconsin?

Answer:

Per the product label Pendulum 3.3 EC Herbicide may be applied at planting or to established trees.  When making application at planting, it is important that silt closure be achieved to prevent direct contact with tree roots or being washed into the rood zone or root stunting may occur.
