According to the product label for Blindside Herbicide, Jasmine is not on the list of weeds controlled/suppressed by Blindside Herbicide. However, the product also should not be used around desirable ornamentals, shrubs, or trees. Prior to using Blindside Herbicide, I recommend carefully reading over the product label and to speak with your local cooperative extension.
