Answer:

No, 3 Way Max Turf and Ornamental Broadleaf Herbicide should not be applied to any desirable trees or bushes.  Best option would be to carefully pull the vines off the desirable plants and spray them away from the trees/bushes or cut them after pulling off and treat with a brush killer on the cut stems.
