Rather than performing expensive iron injections on my pin oak tree to treat iron chlorosis, would this be a viable alternative? And if so where can I find information on introducing the iron to the tree?
Yes, you can use Spring 138 Chelated Iron to treat iron deficiency on a variety of plants including ornamental trees such as pin oak. You can apply this product directly to the soil as a drench, or it can applied to trees as a foliar application. Please refer to the product label for complete application instructions.
