Can Tenacity Herbicide be applied to a newly seeded Kentucky Blue Grass lawn that was also put down with a starter fertilizer? I am dealing with alot of crabgrass and dandelions.

According to the product label of Tenacity, "Wait until the newly germinated turf has been mowed two times or four weeks after emergence (whichever is longer) before making a postemergence application."
