Can this create a death barrier for insects if sprayed along the base of the house?
Yes, the products can be sprayed around the perimeter of your home to help to prevent/limit pests from getting inside, however, depending on the pests you are targeting, you may want to consider spraying other areas as well. For example, when treating for mosquitoes, they hide on the undersides of leaves on trees and bushes, in dense brush, tall grasses, under the overhangs on structures, under decks and in other moist shady areas. Concentrating your spray applications to these areas will help insure your application is effective as it is known that adult mosquitoes will land on these treated areas.
