Can this Princep be used to spray under aronia berries?

Also someone said this was organic certified.. I do not see an OMRI cert, is it?

Princep Liquid Herbicide is not OMRI registered and is not labeled to be used around anything edible.  We apologize but we do not currently carry a product labeled to be used around edible berry plants for pre-emergent weed control.
