Nisus DSV - Disinfectant Sanitizer Virucide can be used in a ULV fogger, however fogging is permitted only in areas listed on the label. So fogging is limited to dairies, beverage, and food processing plants; and to poultry houses.
 
If you are cleaning areas that have been infested with rodents, then you would need to use DSV in a sprayer and clean the area according to the directions on page 19 of the label under "Special instructions for cleaning and disinfecting hard, non-porous surfaces which may be contaminated with hantavirus."
