Will this kill everything that would try to grow? Like morning glory/bind weed? Outdoor carpet is marine quality. I want to spread Casoron, cover with black landscape fabric and cover with outdoor rug.
If this is an indoor shed with landscape fabric and a rug, then you would not be permitted to use an herbicide like Casoron inside the structure that is already built. Also, any landscape fabric would prevent sunlight from reaching seeds and allowing them to germinate. Casoron can be used under pool liners or before asphalt is poured, however it is not labeled to control morning glory or bindweed. A more suitable product for your needs may be Eraser Max, which has post-emergent and long-term pre-emergent herbicides. This could be used for agricultural structures, as well.
