Can I use Clearys 3336F Fungicide to kill mildew on ninebarks?

Answer:

Clearys 3336F Fungicide is only labeled to treat rusts on ninebarks.  Powdery mildew on ninebarks doesn’t appear to harm them it is more aesthetic.  A horticultural oil would be good to use.
