Eco Exempt MC Misting Concentrate is really only meant to be used in automatic mosquito misting systems and the product label does not offer mix rates for use in any other equipment. Eco Exempt IC-2 could be used in a mist blower to help combat mosquitoes and is also an all natural product that can be used near bodies of water.
