Garden Tech Daconil Fungicide Concentrate is not labeled for use on a crape myrtles. We would recommend using a product like Quali-Pro's Propiconazole 14.3 that can safely be applied to crape myrtles for powdery mildew. You will apply 1-2 fl oz of product per 1,000 sq ft. area of trees and 1-2 gallons of water per tree for powdery mildew.
