Can I use Hi-Yield 2, 4-D on new fescue grass that was planted last fall? Will it hurt the fescue?

Trying to control clover and weeds from crowding out the new grass

Hi-Yield 2, 4-D can be used on established fescue grass, or grass that has been mowed at least twice.
