Surflan Pro Herbicide is known to be pretty thick and will likely clog a hose end sprayer, so we do not recommend using one for application. The other problem with using a hose end sprayer to apply Surflan is that this type of sprayer sometimes is not very accurate, so you can wind up dispensing more/less product than needed in a given area, which can lead to less than desirable results.
