Answer:

The product label for Image Kills Nutsedge Concentrate does state the it would harm Tall Fescue but does not mention Fine Fescue.  It is really more for warm season grasses like Bermudagrass, Buffalograss, Centipedegrass, St. Augustinegrass and Zoysiagrass.  For treating nutsedge in Fine Fescue we would recommend using Sedgehammer instead.
