Can I use Merit on fruit trees?

I have two edible plum trees that are covered with aphids in season.

Answer:

Merit 75 WP is not labeled for use on plum trees. We do sell Monterey Fruit Tree and Vegetable Systemic Soil Drench, which contains the same active ingredient and is labeled for use on plum trees. If you are already finding these insects, you may also consider using a topical knockdown spray such as Fertilome Triple Action Plus.
