Can I use a non-ionic surfactant in conjunction with Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate?

I use a non-ionic surfactant when I apply Tenacity along with turf mark. I am currently spraying my privacy hedges (red Robin aka red photinia) with Fung-onil to get rid of really bad fungal leaf spot that is killing the hedge. Will the non-ionic surfactant help at all or does it matter?
