Yes, OHP 6672 50WP Systemic Turf and Ornamental Fungicide is labeled for tip blight and can be safely used on a Austrian Pine tree. You will use 12-16 oz. per 100 gallons of water. You will start applications in the spring when new growth starts. A second application will need to be made prior to needle emergence from the sheath. A third application can be done 7 days later. Be sure to cover the entire area.
