OHP Shuttle O Miticide is not labeled to be used on hops.  The only consumable products it is labeled to be used on are: FRUITING VEGETABLES (EXCEPT CUCURBITS) (GREENHOUSE GROWN EGGPLANT, GROUNDCHERRY (PHYSALIS SPP.), PEPINO, PEPPER (INCLUDES BELL PEPPER, CHILI PEPPER, COOKING PEPPER, PIMENTO, SWEET PEPPER), TOMATILLO, and TOMATO).
