Answer:

Southern AG Insecticides Liquid Copper Fungicide is labeled to for use on the ornamentals listed on the product label.  Roses are not listed so we would not advise of this use.  We do have the Southern Ag Dithane M-45 and many others that can be depending on what you are trying to treat for.
