Casoron 4G Herbicide is not safe for use on zoysia or other desirable turfgrasses or lawns. We recommend that you apply this only in areas listed on the product label, and outside the dripline of desirable plants. If you are wanting to apply on a slope, then avoid applying it in a way that there would be runoff to desirable plants when watering in the product. If the soil in the application area is very dry, then watering it a few hours before you apply the granules can help to avoid runoff, too.
