Can wood be wet when you spray it with Bora-Care?

I am planning to get my old fence sprayed with Bora-Care and then re-stained. Can the fence be wet when Bora-Care is applied? In other words, can Bora-Care be applied right after pressure-washing?

Answer:

You want the wood to be dry when you are applying Boracare. It will need to be able to soak into the dry wood.
