Other than mixing in water, does it mean that pound for pound, this is the same as using dry lime?

Each 2.5 gallon container of CAL FLO Liquid Limestone weighs 37 pounds. The product label states that 2849 pounds of CAL FLO is equivalent to 2000 pounds of dry liming material, or 10.4 dry pounds per gallon. That would make 2.5 gallons equal to 26 pounds of dry liming material.
