Since Prodiamine 65 WDG and Trimec are both different products, used at different times, there would be no need to mix the two.  Prodiamine 65WDG is used in the spring and the fall before weeds have germinated and come up.  That would not the the time for a post emergent like Trimec.  Trimec is used when weeds have already sprouted and are actively growing in temperatures between 65 and 85 degrees, which is not the appropriate time to use Prodiamine 65WDG.
