can you spray prosefge on roundup ready corn and what stage of growth does the corn need to be in?

Answer:

ProSedge Herbicide is not labeled to be used around anything edible so would not be recommended around corn.  Your options really are to spot treat with a non selective like Roundup avoiding any contact with the crops.
