Soil is poor with high sand content about 10 years old. Get 4 the typical 4-5 professional, seasonal applications of fertilizer/weed control. First mushroom appearance this year even though it was a slight more dry summer than usual. Recently applied Magi-cal & fast acting nitrogen (Miracle Gro Lawn Food) about 2 weeks ago as suggested by internet article. Not much change yet. Do you have any other suggestions? Thanks.
We recommend you contact your local cooperative extension office and get the mushroom identified and the master gardener on staff should be able to tell you what will work to eliminate the type of mushroom you are dealing with
