Can Zylam systemic insecticide be used safely on brown scale infected orchid plants in a greenhouse?

Per the manufacturer, they do NOT recommend applying Zylam Liquid Systemic Insecticide in greenhouses or on orchids. It is to be used outdoors only in landscaped ornamentals.
