    According to the manufacturer, the Chapin 3-Nozzle Poly Boom (6-7781) is 34" long, and has a spray width from 4’ to 8’ pattern, when fully pressurized and depending on height of boom from ground. The replacement nozzle is the Chapin Poly Flat Fan Spray Jet Nozzle 6-8096.

    Will the Chapin 3-Nozzle Poly Boom (6-7781) work with the Chapin 4 Gallon 24V Rechargeable Backpack Sprayer (63924)?
    My concern is the required PSI and overworking the pump.

    Yes, the Chapin 3-Nozzle Poly Boom (6-7781) can be used with any Chapin backpack sprayer including the Chapin 4 Gallon 24V Rechargeable Backpack Sprayer (#63924).  It will have the same output, you are just covering a wider area.

    Can you turn off just the two outside nozzles on the Chapin 3-Nozzle Poly Boom (6-7781) for a narrower spray when needed?
    A

    Unfortunately there is no way to turn off a single nozzle on the Chapin 3-Nozzle Poly Boom. You can adjust the boom to turn and spray on just one side, but all of the nozzles will stay open.
