Received my spreader in a box that was all torn up. After checking the contents I found broken pieces. I call the folks at Do my own Pest Control and they were very helpful. They contacted Chapin about the issues i was faced with. Do my own Pest called me back and told me replacement parts were being shipped to me. I did receive the parts in four days. The spreader works about the way it is described. The controls are really not up to quality of the cost in my opinion. They look like something you would see on home owner model.
