    Chapin Brass Adjustable Nozzle (#6-6000)

    The Chapin Brass Adjustable Nozzle (#6-6000) will fit the Premier Poly Sprayer 1 Gallon, Premier Poly Sprayer 2 Gallon and Chapin 1 Gallon Pump Sprayer but not the backback sprayers.  The Chapin Backpack sprayers come with a Brass Cone Adjustable Nozzle, Plastic Adjustable Cone Nozzle, and a Plastic Fan Tip Nozzle (Fan Tip is not adjustable, it is a fixed fan pattern).

    What is the GPM rate for the Chapin Brass Spray Nozzle part #6-6000?

    Per the manufacturer, the Chapin Brass Spray Nozzle (#6-6000) will disperse at .2GPM in the cone stream pattern and .4GPM in the full pin stream pattern.

    I have the Chapin 1 gallon pump sprayer and want to purchase the brass adjustable nozzle.
    The wand on my sprayer is plastic. Do I need to purchase a new wand too? Thank you.

    You would need to just get a new sprayer like the Chapin Premier 1 Gallon sprayer that we carry. The brass nozzle will only attach to a brass wand and the brass wands do not work on the all plastic model you have. Even if it were possible to change your plastic wand over to brass and make it work, it would cost you more in parts to do so, than to just buy the sprayer thats already brass with that nozzle on it.

    On the Chapin Brass Adjustable Nozzle (#6-6000) settings, the cone vs full pin.....is the cone like a fan?
    I have the 6-6000 I want to spray with a fan stream. They just mention *cone* and *pin*...I just want to make sure that cone......is the same as......fan. can you assist? Thanks

    The Chapin Brass Adjustable Nozzle (#6-6000) adjust from a cone stream pattern to a full pin stream pattern. The cone pattern opens up but it is not the same as a fan spray, depending on which sprayer you have, you might be able to use the Chapin Brass Fan Spray Nozzle (#6-6001) instead.
