    How do you lock the top on the Chapin Industrial Viton Concrete Funnel Top Sprayer 3.5 Gal after filling?

    Per the manual for the Chapin Industrial Viton Concrete Funnel Top Sprayer 3.5 Gal.: Turn handle clockwise to tighten, Pump until you feel resistance. Push handle, down, turn 1/4 turn clockwise to lock. Begin spraying
