    I can't get the Chapin Poly Foamer #2659 and Profoam foaming concentrate to foam.
    I mixed 1/2 gal of warm water to 1 1/2 cups Timbor to 1 1/2 oz. Profoam foaming concentrate.

    We have never had an issue with the Chapin Poly Foamer (#2659) not foaming. Did you shake up the foamer vigorously after mixing everything in the foamer? You need to shake it to activate the foaming solution.  Also, since you are using a powder which is harder to mix sometimes it is usually recommended to mix the powder and water in a separate container first, such as a bucket, and then pour it in the foamer with the solution and shake well to activate. You may want to add a little more foaming solution also.

    You can use any brand of foaming agent as long as it is a foaming agent. We just happen to carry ProFoam Platinum.

    How does the Chapin Poly Foamer work compared to other regular sprayers?
    Do you have a detail part list with pictures? Can you send me a copy? How does it make foam? How big is the nozzle injecting the foam?
    A
    Poly Foamers have a special nozzle and pump inside that can apply foam applications.  Any of the foamers we sell, including the Chapin Poly Foamer can be used as normal sprayers also.  However, normal hand pump sprayers cannot apply foam.  You must also use a foaming agent along with the insecticide you are using.  We do not have a breakdown of the product, however you can call the manufacturer Chapin for further specific information.  They can be reached at 1-800-444-3140.

    Detailed instructions on Poly Foamer
    Is there a detailed set of instructions for the Poly Foamer with ProFoam? (perhaps with Bora-Care as well) Does one shake the mix in the Poly Foamer before or after pressurizing it? How much do I pump it? Is there a slug of unfoamed fluid which leaves the nozzle when the batch is first sprayed? Can I do less than the capacity of the Poly Foamer? Can I release the pressure on the sprayer or will foam be vented? Can I store the mixer with the ProFoam agent or does it degrade? CJust experiment and find out? Thank you!
