The product appears well made. I have a very old 4 gallon back back sprayer, it still works great. The original strap broke from old age. The sales representative helped me make the correct selection. She was very helpful and took the time to help me identify my sprayer model. I felt she went above and beyond my expectations in helping me make my purchase.

The straps work but not like I was expecting. My fault for not asking questions before purchasing the straps. These are more narrow than the originals and therefore, they cut into your shoulder. The padding is next to nothing. Usable but not comfortable.

It was pretty easy to find the replacement parts I needed for our Chapin backpack sprayer. The parts came as advertised and were an exact replacement for the originals. I would not hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to a friend!
