I got what I ordered. All I needed was the wand without the handle but the whole unit was cheaper than just buying the wand. DoMyOwn was a little slow on getting the product to me. Apparently they were having difficulty receiving it from the manufacturer. However, they did make me aware of there problem. I was not in desperate need at the time so it didn't make any difference. I would order from them again.

Needed replacement hose for my Chapin 3101 and buying the designated replacement parts cost 4x of this complete assembly. Works fantastic and much more affordable.

Wise purchase. Details in the description made me comfortable buying a brand different than the product for which it was needed. It is of better quality than the original and works great. It was out of stock but still shipped much sooner than predicted. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller again and highly recommend them.

The Chapin Wand Assembly Kit was priced cheaper than the individual components and the quality far surpassed the wand assembly of the original components. Great value at a great price

The product came on time and is what I expected. With the exception the handle is not come with the rubber cushion. So I removed the parts I needed from the new handle and installed them on my old handle that had the rubber cushion.

Just what I was looking for , Stout, Sturdy, great hose connection. This should last a long time

Don't waste your money. The sprayer was cheap in price but the only thing that works is the tank holds water. The hose leaks at every joint. They tried some type of pressure fitting that does not work. It even leaks where you connect the different spray ends.

Arrived quickly, fast installation (loosen hose clamp, carefully slide off hose so you don't break plastic nipple on tank, slip on hose clamp on replacement and retighten and you're good to go! Works great!
