Well made, easy to set, when they work they are excellent. No complaints about the trap. I would recommend carefully considering the SIZE you order. I got the large 3" - it is too large for the majority of the holes I have. My fault. A better deal might be to have a 3pack with 3 different sizes (1,2, and 3 inch) that would be very practical.

Cinch Trap recommended by the pros

Let's start by saying I haven't actually CAUGHT anything yet. But not at the fault of the traps. There is a learning curve in knowing the animal you are trying to get. In this case, ground squirrels. But I will prevail! If these fail to do the job, I will resort to the explosive propane method! The traps arrived on time. They were the best price I could find. Setting them is a bit difficult only because the springs are really strong. If you've ever set a rat trap, these are similar in strength. Make sure kids and dogs are nowhere to be seen because if these things go off near anything flesh and bone, it will cause severe damage. Follow the instructions, try not to get your glove caught under the trigger wires and you will be good to go!

I have to say .....it did what it was suppose to do ! In the first day a got 3 intruders , then 3 days later I had an uninvited guest intruding in my lawn , set the trap ........in 3 hours he was history ! This product WORKS!!!!!
