This product also attracts large animals like racoons who will carry the bait boxes away. Make sure the bait boxes are staked down.

Roof rats were immediately attracted to the bait and population reduced quickly.

I have use three pails of this product. I find it is very effective. The rodents are attracted too the station. The properties are located in a community and I am sure this product is treating the neighborhood.

All animals love this stuff & are attracted to it. Squirrels chewed through the heavy bucket that it comes in. Also, dogs are very interested in it! Seems to work well but be very cautious & do not leave it for 1 second!

This stuff is the truth. I've tried the Rex traps and other traps but those other methods just didn't get the job done. I live in a duplex with joining garages and my neighbor had dog food which attracted the rats. They were multiplying faster than I could trap them. I bought Contrac and placed them in stacks of three around my garage also stacked six of them where the garages joined. The next day the six were gone. I replaced the six with six more, they disappeared. Within five days not a sign of rats or droppings. I didn't even have to dispose of the dead rats. This is a winner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
