I saw that it is ok to use bora care on top of copper napthenate, but is it ok to use copper naphthenate on top of bora care (with mold care)? You said to paint or stain to seal in the product, but would this be necessary if bora care is applied before the copper? (interior application) Is copper naphthenate even necessary after bora care with mold care? I mean, does bora care with mold care essentially provide the same protection from rot and decay as pressure treating wood with a copper compound?
You can apply copper naphthenate over the application of Bora-Care with Mold-Care as long as you allow it to completely dry before doing so. Although manufacture advised there is no need for that to be done as the Bora-Care with Mold-Care would be enough to provide protection.
