We would not recommend using a furniture encasement to treat musical instruments or other items. You may consider storing the instrument in an enclosed area or bag and using Nuvan ProStrips to treat the area instead. Keep in mind that this would be an unlikely place to find bed bugs except in very heavy infestations.
