Per the product label, Do not use in waters containing Koi and hybrid goldfish. Not intended for use in small volume, garden pond systems. Per the product label, waters treated with Cutrine Plus Algaecide may be used for swimming, fishing, further potable water treatment, livestock watering or irrigating turf, ornamental plants, or crops after treatment. It is recommended to let the treatment settle for 1-2 hours before allowing livestock around the water.
Cutrine Plus Algaecide is not labeled for naiad it is for algae only. You may want to consider a product like Diquat instead, which is labeled for Naiad (another name for bushy pond weed).

Usually salt water tanks will need to be cleaned thoroughly and the nutrient levels in the water may need to be adjusted to reduce the likelihood of growth of the algae. We would recommend trying to identify what specific algae you need to treat for the best recommendation.
