Cyzmic CS Micro-encapsulated Insecticide and Suspend Polyzone are comparable in terms of how long they can last on outside surfaces, up to 90 days and are labeled for the same pests. The differences is in the active ingredient and the formulation. Cyzmic is micro-encapsulated which means each drop of active is encased in a small capsule that insects contact and pick on and they rupture to get a direct hit of the active. Polyzone contains a polymer that helps it stick to surfaces better for the longer residual. Either would be good to use, but CS products tend to work better on harder to kill insects such as scorpions and spiders since they actually pick it up and get the hit of active.

One gallon of finished solution of Cyzmic CS should cover about 1,000 square feet. Please see our Mosquito Treatment Guide for more tips.
Cyzmic CS is an encapsulated insecticide, which means each bit of active ingredient is protected in its own capsule. This helps the active ingredient to stay stable for longer, especially in the harsh heat, sunlight, and rainfall many areas get during the Summer months when mosquitoes are most prevalent. Encapsulation also helps to distribute the product more evenly over surfaces like foliage, and it keeps the product in place better, preventing runoff. Since mosquitoes may only touch a leaf in a few small spots, encapsulated insecticides give us the best chance that a mosquito or other target pest will pick up a bigger chunk of that active ingredient more quickly. We also use less product per application, and applicators get less exposure to active ingredients . The only real disadvantage to a product like Cyzmic CS is that it costs more per application than Bifen IT. If you have a very large area to treat or need the extra flexibility of some of the additional pests on the Bifen IT label, then the Bifen may be a better choice for you.
The mixing ratio for Cyzmic CS is 0.2 - 0.8 oz. per gallon of water. This is 6-24 mL. We would recommend using the higher ratio (24 mL) per gallon of water for scorpions. This product will last for 30 days outdoors and 90 days indoors.
There really is no reason to mix Cyzmic CS and Talstar P as they're both synthetic pyrethroids so there would be nothing to gain by mixing these products together. Mixing these two products would make the concentration too strong and instead may act as a repellent causing insects to simply avoid the treated areas prolonging the infestation.
