I put the packets behind my bed because I found silverfish crawling on my bed a few nights in a row, but never saw them anywhere else in the house. After putting the packets in one area, I found another silverfish a few weeks later in my closet, which is about 50feet from my bed. It worked in the specific area, but I guess the silverfish will move somewhere else? Not sure... The delivery service was fast, and the price is very reasonable for the results.

I was spending a lot more for an exterminator to come in. The results have been the same. I see a few each month--no more than that.

This works great in attics. Scatter the packets around and see the results in a week or two. I recommended it to my daughter also and she has used it with similar results

I put one pack is each of 22 suit bags containing antique wool clothing. I do not know if they are working (time will tell) but this company's service is very good.

I found silverfish in this house when I moved in and dealt with it by getting an exterminator. It was expensive and not much improved. Now I use these packets. I still find silverfish occasionally, but not more than with the exterminators, and I tried a few.

I moved into this house over 10 years ago to find it already had "tenants." I had different exterminators spray my house, to no avail. The Dekko product works! I just place the packets in various places I saw the creatures and replace them as directed. I rarely see them at all, now!

I'm so happy to get these. My pest control company seems to always be out of these and we do see silverfush from time to time. Now I have control instead of waiting on my pest control. These are the exact same ones they use as well. Thank you for making them accessible. And they work.

Have only seen one since I placed the packs around the house. Difficult to tell if they are working or not. Delivery of product was quick.

I recently reordered more Dekko for my silverfish problem as the infestation seems to have become less with my initial use. I would recommend this product along with a lot of diligence in cleaning up places that the silverfish like.

We've had many, many paper items that were sitting on the floor (hanging on the wall once) get silverfish damage. We don't leave anything valuable or irreplaceable on damp floors or even in damp locations, but sometimes it is unexpected. Our library air conditioner couldn't handle a long period of very humid weather and the rug under the unit got wet. That's an emergency situation and I dried it out fast. But we don't want to wait until precious books get damages, so lying these inexpensive packs with boric acid in them is good insurance. (The areas where silverfish damage has occurred have never had a problem again. Keep basement humidity below 65%. Run a fan in your attic during dry weather (ours is on a timer and I pull the knob if we expect rain... or when it rains unexpectedly. Just don't wait until something gets damaged before using some of these packs.

The Dekko pack is too small and the silverfish cannot go inside the cardboard to eat the bait. Does anyone have the same problem?

Second purchase of this product. Purchased again as apartment complex I live in has a severe silverfish problem. Product works ok, still see silverfish in problem areas. Won't purchase again though.

i cant rate cause I don't know how effective they are yet. Haven't seen a silverfish but I haven't seen many before. Lots of packets in each box, that is good

Don't know for sure if these work or not. I have a silverfish infestation. I put the packs every where. Still seeing some silverfish but I guess it takes a while. I am hoping for the best!! The packets are self contained and clean to the touch!

The question isn't if the Dekko packs work. The question is are the silverfish eating into the pack. I don't have a big problem with silverfish, but when I see them I don't evidence that they are very interested in eating from the packs. I don't know if it is the location they are placed or something else.

I found that the silverfish were breeding in the packs. The package says good for 3 months since date of packaging. Since there is no way to know when the package was made, it seems possible the ones I got had already deteriorated on the shelf. In any event, this is not the way to get rid of an infestation.

These paks do not have an expiration date and do not deteriorate. The product label says to replace the paks every 3 - 4 months from date of purchase.

Perhaps I haven't given the packs enough time to work, but I'm still finding silverfish and the packs are totally undisturbed. Sometimes the silverfish will be very close to the packs but don't seem to touch them. I have since heard from other people that Boric Acid doesn't affect silverfish.

Had silverfish under the kitchen cabinets. Ordered paks and put them all over. Placed maybe a dozen around the kitchen floor as instructed, plus more, in adjoining areas. Then left for a month on vacation, so they were undisturbed. Returned home and the silverfish were still there. These paks did not get rid of them. On to Plan B: getting up in the middle of the night and squishing them!

Still seeing silverfish on the walls and not in the packs. Can't decide if they are working or not. I distributed half of the packs around the house, in closets, bathrooms, etc.

Started using the Dekko Silverfish Packs and it's been a couple of weeks. I thought that it was working cause I didn't see any silverfish for about 4 days. But they are now back. So it looks like this product doesn't work.

I received this product Feb. 28, 2013 and immediately scattered the packets around my kitchen tile - the only place where I see the creepy little buggers. I witnessed an interested silverfish perched on top of a packet the next day and had high hopes! But to date, I still need to be within reach of a swatter or a wet paper towel every evening. :-(

I still have silverfish in my house!!!! Maybe I need to be patient. I dont know how long it takes to kill them. I hope it works soon because I hate those darn silverfish!!!!

I distributed 24 Dekko Packs and after a few weeks only one showed signs of having been eaten. The problem seems to be that with the silverfish having such a varied diet, and with nothing in the packs that particularly attracts them, they survive quite well on other food sources, e.g. my books. I suppose if they were in a sterile environment with the packs their only food source they might work. But without an attractant, very ineffective.

I had high hopes for these silverfish packs but after several weeks of use I still have many silverfish:( I plan on adding some other silverfish traps/powders to cut down on the silverfish issue since this product did not work.

This thing doesn't work. I bought two boxes and put them in a container with a few silverfishes, three days later the silverfishes still a live and laughing at me for being a fool
