I bought this product after reading all of the reviews. I also bought a bulb duster with several attachments. The instructions were easy to follow and I had twenty bee holes filled with the dust withing 15 minutes of starting. The next morning I found 5 dead boring bees on the ground and within the next four days, I did not see any bee activity. I will plug the holes and be done with these pests. The only complaint I have is a person has to have active bee holes to kill them. A great product and a great company to deal with.

DELTA DUST

I purchased the delta dust because of a carpenter bee problem. the carpenter bee spray I bought at home depot did not work, I also built carpenter bee traps which also did not work. using the delta dust by applying it directly into the holes the bees drilled did the job,the next day there were twelve dead bees on the ground and I have not seen any since.

This stuff is absolutely amazing to the point where I have told other people about it. Not to mention the bottle is huge and will last me for a long time. I also purchased the blower tool and glad I did. Very efficient way to apply it.

Delta dust

Easy to work with. I used this stuff on carpenter bees. They have been drilling holes and laying eggs in my log home siding for years. The applicator that I used has a curved tip and the bellows style bowl duster got powder doWn in to the chamber. Within n minutes the queens were buzzing inside trying to get out only to fall on to my deck and die. Other bees tried to use previous holes from other queens and also fell out dead. Waterproof, this stuff is great.

Great Product

I had trouble with bee's a few years ago in a small hole behind my siding and had no success with off the shelf spray and called an exterminator to resolve the problem. The exterminator was expensive. This year the bee's were back in a small hole in the concrete. After multiple cans of bee and wasp spray again I had no success. I heard from a friend about Delta Dust and ordered it. One application in the evening and they were gone.

Works great

Delta Dust killed all my yellow jackets with very little work. I waited until night so all the little buggers would be home and asleep. I poured some powder down the hole and then covered the hole with a glass jar. I did not want any wasps escaping and spreading the dust around--don't want any friendly fliers (bees) being killed. The next day we saw NO evidence of any yellow jackets. That night we filled the hole with dirt and we seem to be rid of that problem. Now, do you think it would work on politicians . . .

Yellow Jackets wiped out

Had a ground nest with two holes,I was able to hit one hole,activity slowed enough for me to get enough courage to get the other entrance which was along the conduit for my AC unit.once I got that,the nest completely shut down the next day,Now all I need is a bee suit.lol .I have had 1 nest a year for the past five years and gasoline will just pullute the soil.

We had a problem with USPS loosing my delivery even though their tracking said it had been delivered. I contacted DoMyOwnPestControl through their web site. After explaining the situation and answering sensible security question, I was promised a replacement. It arrived in two days. Great service. Now I am awaiting Carpenter Bee season to kick in so I can check out the product.

Got this for carpenter bees on my porch and in shed once applied into the holes bees came out hit the ground and dead within a minute. Great residual effect for bees returning back to the nest Highly recommend for wasps bees and yellow jackets

Cicada killers

I have been fighting these things for years, and w/o a sprinkler system they keep coming back. I have used viper and boric acid (and a tennis raquet during the day!). With ok results, just cant get them 100% gone. Delta duct works very well, much better than boric acid. My question is can I spread the dust around the holes in addition to in the holes for better coverage and is that safe for dogs/kids? thanks

This powder is really very very fine and applying is somewhat of a learning curve. I love the product. Treating weep holes with the proper squeeze bulb and longer rod was so easy. I did learn that on a windy day the drafts of the weep holes would pull some of the fine dust out. On a calm day with little wind is the best environment. This product works and was very very easy and effective. I will always do my own exterminations. So glad I found this. The South had extreme heat and no rain for most of the summer. Fire ants were out searching for water and wasps were entering weep holes as well. My weep holes and exterior slab have no more ants if any kind, and the wasps have left as well.

At first I was concerned that the dust didn't immediately eradicate the bees and wasps but after a few days found that it worked very well to solve a problem that had been present all summer. I then bought the extended duster pole (20') and was able to resolve the problem in the hard to reach areas of the 2nd floor.

No more wasps!

I had wasps hiding in the relief slots in my brickwork... and behind the brick... they would circulate behind the wall and exit into my screened porch. I put two squirts into each slot, within a few days - no more wasps! My only complaint is the bottle neck is not configured for angle usage, it needs to be level to get a good squirt of dust.

Yellow Jacket Solution

This product got rid of an in ground nest under a bush in my front yard. In the past I tried some foam based insecticide but it was not as effective. The power was easy to "shoot" down the hole. DoMyOwn had prompt delivery and a bit better price than other sources I checked. I may be in the market for a mole solution for my yard soon and I will check here first.
