There is only Demand CS, we are not aware of a Demand SC product. One of our roach control kits would be more recommended for roach control. These professional kits includes non-staining, low odor concentrated insecticide for spraying the outside perimeter of the home and inside underneath appliances, behind cabinets, under toilets and sinks, etc. You'll also get Roach Bait Gel to help get rid of those roaches that like to hide. Baits can be applied up high in the kitchen in the corner of cabinets and in cracks and crevices in kitchens and bathrooms. The bait contains a slow-acting poison that attracts and kills feeding roaches, who also spread the bait to other roaches by contact or by sharing food. Finally, an Insect Growth Regulator is offered which will stop roaches from laying eggs, helping to halt the infestation. The combination of an IGR with roach bait is a highly effective roach control strategy that is widely used by pest control professionals. The insecticide must be applied with a 1 gallon pump sprayer.

Demand CS should be mixed at 6-12 ml per one gallon of water per 1,000 sq ft per the product label, which is 3-6 mL or 0.1 – 0.4 oz per half gallon of water.
Demand CS dries clear and leaves no visible residual when used as directed on the product label.
Unfortunantly, we are not currently set up to ship to Canada. Our apologies for any inconveniences this may cause.
Demand CS is labeled for a variety of insects, including Asian Beetles. The key is to treat early enough (early fall) and to apply the product in the right places. Asian beetles enter the structure through cracks and crevices, especially around windows and doors. Be sure to treat these areas thoroughly once a month through November. You should spray Demand CS outdoors around your door frames, window frames, vents, eaves, around the bottom of your foundation, and any other crack or crevice where an insect could gain entry.
Unfortunately, if you are dealing with them in your house right now you will only see limited results. These move into structures to overwinter. They usually squeeze into wall voids, false ceilings, attics and other areas that are inaccessible to people and insecticides. As the heat kicks on in the house, the bugs warm up and start becoming active and emerge from hiding, driving homeowners nuts. Because most folks usually have no idea where the bugs are harboring you can only treat around baseboards, door frames and window frames and hope the insects will emerge where you have sprayed. After they contact the treated areas, it can take several hours for them to die. It is still worth spraying now to get rid of some of the bugs, but you will keep seeing them until spring when they will emerge en masse and leave your home.
Demand CS can be applied to the lawn. Dusting is the most effective way to treat yellow jackets and ground nests, using Tempo 1% Dust or Delta Dust and applying directly to the holes with a bellow hand duster. You will want to treat in the evening time when they are least active. Please review our DIY Treatment Guide for Wasps, Yellow Jackets and Hornets for more information.
First, you need to determine how many gallons of water you will be using. To find out how many gallons of water you need to use you will calculate the square footage of the area to be treated(Dmeand CS recommend 1 gallon of mixed solution 1,000 sq feet). For instance, if you have a 6,000 square foot yard that you plan on treating then you would need to multiply 6 x 0.8 which equals 4.8 – You would then add 4.8 oz of Demand CS to the reservoir. Once you add the desired amount of Demand CS to the reservoir, then you would add water to the line selected (6 gallon line mark on the reservoir). You would then set the dial on the top of the Chapin Hose End Sprayer to 6 gallons. Do not turn water on when adjusting the spray nozzle. Next, select the desired spray pattern and then spray until the reservoir is empty.
According to the Demand CS product label, delay watering or mowing for 12–24 hours for optimum control of surface-feeding insect pests.
Demand CS is a great general pest control and works well for spiders, earwigs, ants, mosquitoes and many others. It should be applied monthly outside and inside quarterly. It would be safe if to apply when the dogs are not present until the surfaces are completely dry.
Demand CS is a residual insecticide that will continue to kill the labeled insects for an extented period of time. However it is not a contact kill product. It can sometimes take a few days before you start to see dead insects after making an application of the product.
