We moved into a new build home with a large green belt behind us in San Antonio back in May and quickly realized that aside from the normal pests like fire-ants, centipedes, crickets, flies, and wasps and bees, we also had to deal with scorpions. After trying commercial options with limited success, I decided to do this on my own. Demand quickly go to work, inside and out as the next morning after application it looked like the aftermath of an insect global war. There were hundreds of dead crickets, scorpions, mole crickets, flies, mud dobbers, etc. around my yard and inside my house, and the fire ant mounts I applied to were obliterated. While Demand has lasted a full three months inside our house, outside has required continuous reapplication as it seems to wash off pretty quickly after the rains come around, which is why I am rating it one star. I see a few people complaining that it doesn't work well on some insects, like roaches, but they aren't using a total solution system if they are just spraying this, and that is why they are having limited success. For insects like roaches and scorpions, you need to use multiple systems to eradicate the problems, typically a spray, a bait/trap, and a growth inhibitor. For bed bugs you should also use a silicate dust around the base boards and cracks/crevices in conjunction to this spray.

It took about four days to get i would see roaches everyday, but once i sprayed haven't seen one since, good stuff highly recommend it.

Sprayed around my house and thousands of Boxelder bugs dead! So many dead that i have to keep cleaning them up off my decks.

Excellent product, use it as a barrier spray around outside of house Haven't had any invasion of critters. Works as stated, a little goes a long ways.

We bought our home in 2013. Brown recluse spiders and other critters were around inside and outside. We decided to call in a professional and have it sprayed twice a year. We have not seen sign of any activity inside and the outside is typically dead our dying. The neat thing is that the professionals do not worry about a respirator, gloves, etc. and the spray in our basement while we are upstairs and then we switch places while the go upstairs. Dog, wife and myself - all safe with no fumes. Then I found that Demand CS is available DIY so we now do the inside and let the heavy hitter pro do the outside with his hose sprayer from the truck. Great stuff.

We have used Demand CS since moving to Idaho two years ago. After discovering our new home was infested with earwigs, my son (who uses it in Arizona for scorpions and spiders) recommended Demand CS so we tried it. Earwigs are totally gone, as are spiders and everything else and we only spray it twice a year. It is really incredible stuff and soooo much less expensive than a professional service.

lots of bugs on our front porch near the lights before spraying a few weeks ago. After spraying there are very few. Some show up as it gets dark but within a short period of time they are reduced. I also mixed in an IGR with the Demand CS and both seem to be working very well. Very happy with Demand CS!

So far things are looking good. Have not seen much activity since I sprayed. Have found a few bodies laying on the deck.

I live in central California where it is hot and dry. If you don't take some measures to control them, you will have roaches inside and out. This is the best product I've ever used for cockroaches. I only spray outside and in 10 years we've only seen 3 or 4 alive cockroaches inside the house. They apparently rode in on something because anything that crawls in is dead within a few feet of a doorway. Also, the purchase process was super easy and delivery was very fast.

I bought Demand CS to use for the carpenters bees that plague my deck. I sprayed the second week in April, and have seen a few surveying the deck, but apparently it's not on the menu. I used it at spider strength to help control those pesky critters, and haven't seen any of them since I sprayed.

Great product to use to get rid of wood bees. We had a huge amount of bees eating every piece of wood around the house but one application of Demand CS has been a game changer!!!

This is the best product on the planet for flea and tick infestations. I sprayed twice within a three week period. The first application was an infestations dosage and the second was a maintenance one and saw results right away. Now 22 days later it seems as if though we never experienced this nightmare to begin with. Tandem with Nygard for optimal results in eradicating life cycle.

Really too early to review since I have only treated twice over a two week period! I have not noticed any live or dead in house and only one dead outside! Above rating due to early use!

This production is really good I was founding in my backyard a lot of scorpions ???? , but after I spry it I couldn't believe what I saw next day, was death scorpions everywhere, from that day I didn't see anything live
