I have used Suspend SC for the past 3 years. I was told that Demand CS was a superior product. When I received the most recent order of Demand I applied it to my property that night as prescribed on product label. I still find crickets and some cockroaches lingering on my property after 2 applications and a week and a half of time passed. Over all my opinion of Demand CS is not as good as Suspend SC, and I will not purchase again.

Used as directed, this provides an excellent barrier that kills pests quickly when crossed. I have 2 cats that are perfectly fine in the spray areas once it has dried. Living in AZ, there are many hard to control pests. This stops them all including scorpions, termites, roaches and crickets. I always recommend this to my friends and neighbors.

I have been using Demand CS at my home for about three years now. We were having a problem with carpenter ants, earwigs, spiders, scorpions, and other assorted creepy crawling creatures. We have been very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

If you need something to rid yourself of bugs, especially if you live in SCORPION TERRITORY, this is the VERY BEST to use, Demand CS. Works like a CHARM!!

This is my go to for spiders and scorpions. I keep this loaded in one B&G all the time. I'm in Texas so spiders are always an issue. I use at max label rate and it levels the playing field. They have no chance.

Expensive yes, Works yes!! It doesn't take much product so it lasts a long time. Suggestion; Don't remove cobwebs until you've used the product and let it sit for a few days. We've been using it for several years and it's the best product we've ever used. Experience, 35 years of farming.

I bought this stuff on sale and based on the reviews I thought I couldn't go wrong. I must've got a bad batch. I've applied this twice now since I've bought it and it is worthless. My mosquitos are as bad as they have ever been and no reduction in population. I've sprayed every nook and cranny. And it definitely doesn't hold up to rain. I sprayed the day before a shower and it seemed to wash the second application away. I have tons of ants too. It has killed a few beetles here and there. But all the spiders, snails are still here. Do yourself a favor and buy the real stuff...talstar p will nuke every pest on your property.

I have had my share of encounters with scorpions, Black Widows and other creepy crawlers living here in Arizona. Demand CS is AMAZING you will have NO regrets, I purchase mine from a local pest and weed supply store and I pay nearly $80.00 for the 8oz. It is worth every penny however I am thrilled to see a much lower price. I will be purchasing the largest bottle they have ????

This is our 2nd bottle of Demand in the last 3 years, won't use anything else. We only use externally (by choice) and begin seeing dead insects within hours, our sign that it works. No need to pay an exterminator quarterly, just us Demand!

I have been using Demand CS for several years now. It is an excellent product for New Mexico. I spray about every 2 months and have not had a bug problem since using this product. I highly recommend it.

Great stuff....I use it with talstar and it keeps the bugs away...saves me a lot of money by doing it myself and it is easy to apply with the Chapin sprayer...

This product works great at controlling the spider population in garages and storage sheds. It also stops mud daubers and wasps from building nests. It is the only product I've ever found that works on those two species. It is odorless and safe to use. Great product and I highly recommend. I spray it every six months for complete control.

I live in Arizona and bought Demand CS on the advice of a friend. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Demand CS works perfectly. We have a real problem, in Arizona, with Scorpions. Since I used this product I haven't seen one anywhere near my house. Insects and Scorpions are no longer a problem.

I purchased Demand CS about six years ago from this company and was delighted with the results of the product as well as the quick delivery. I use the product for our home in Wisconsin to get rid of mosquitoes and Asian beetles and for our home in the south to deter roaches. I just ordered my second bottle.

I have used Demand for several years and always had good results. It has low odor and a good residual effect 3 to 6 months or better. I spray inside the house on the base boards and under appliances and sinks. Usually in a day I will notice results. I rarely see an insect. If I do they are usually on their back and very lethargic. It seems expensive but each application is only a few milliliters per 2 gallons. The ounce container has lasted several years for me and seems to maintain it potency.

We have a HUGE tree in our front yard that has Box Elder Bugs! I have had them in homes in the past, and had professionals come and spray and they would still find their way inside. They are impossible to get rid of. We found this spray, and we find them dead all over outside, and dead in the windows, but we never see them live in the house! This stuff really is a miracle treatment for those darn bugs. I would recommend it to anyone who has them. Even though we bought if for the Box Elder Bugs, I am assuming it works for other bugs and spiders because we never see any of those in the house either.

The first time I used this product was about 3 months ago outdoors. I didn't have a severe bug problem by any means. A few spiders, carpenter bees, mosquitoes and some other creepy crawlers was about it. I repeat they were few in number not an infestation. Now 3 months later I am excited to say there are none of these insects around my house, garage, or yard. I did observe a few dead insects on my garage floor and I knew they came across the Demand CS. I have also used the product in my basement. I have not seen an insect in my house since I applied the product (according to the directions). A little goes a long way and works wonders!!!

I used immediately after recieving the demand cs. I was totally satisfied with the product. It exceeded my expectations by far. It worked immediately. My yard has been overrun with chiggers and ants and fleas. I have thrown money away trying to get rid of all these pest. I am so happy to walk in my yard without being bit by some little pest. My dogs are much happier too.

Moved in to a new house. Arachnophobic wife was finding 1-2 spiders a day. Stuff we purchased from Home Depot did nothing. Ended up spraying inside and out of with Demand CS. All of our pets are still alive. My family is still alive. Haven't seen a living spider since.

Seemed to do a great job killing ticks(main pest), and we hardly see a mosquito. I only gave 4 stars because of the price. Now that I know it works, I may buy a bigger bottle to get the price per app. down.

We bought Demand CS for a cockroach infestation. Most reviews said it works great. Not for us. Followed the mixing instructions to the letter. Treated twice so far, but it's as though the treatment made them worse. Back to the drawing board. Very unhappy with this product AND we are out $40.

We received our order very quickly. We spent one day finding the nest and another day exterminating the nest. We drilled into the house and pumped Demand CS into the nest. On the inside of the pumping we sucked up the ants that were trying to escape with a shop vac. I felt like I was in a sci-fi horror movie! We then sprayed the outside of the house and some places inside. It is now three (3) days later and we have not seen any ants. I think we might have won this battle. Demand CS is the only thing that has worked so far, very impressed. We are still watching and waiting but we have Demand CS and we will use it again. This product is great! Little smell that goes away quickly and a little product goes a long way. THANKS!
