No More Spiders (Or Cobwebs)

Purchased to eliminate spiders (and annoying) cobwebs in my unfinished basement work area. Exterminator service never fully eliminated the pests. Follow the application instructions. No odor and is not hazardous to pets. Two days after application I found numerous dead spiders on the floor and work table. This residual should have 60-90 days of protection. Also used outside along windows and points of ingress. No more ants either. Very pleased to purchase a REAL pest treatment and dismiss the exterminator.

This is the bomb!

This is awesome stuff! I do it as a 4 part spray treatment it smashes everything! Go in with demand 1st.. Then ficam w then actibiol then finally demand to set the bomb! Nothing will ever live in your house again!!! Boosh them pests! Sweet as candy!

Fleas in lawn

I used this with the hose end sprayer to treat our half acre backyard and I am very pleased to see the fleas are gone. It was so extreme that we couldn't walk on the lawn without getting bitten by fleas and our dogs suffered although they are under flea prevention. Maybe the squirrels and possums are carrying fleas in? I highly recommend this product.

Don't Waste $$ On Supermarket Insecticides and Exterminators

I purchased Demand CS for control of annoying spiders and ants in/around my house and basement. We used an exterminator at $100 per visit for a couple of years. I would have to tell him to put down adequate traps and insecticide to get reasonable control. The spiders and cobwebs would be back after a month. I wasn't pleased. So I purchased and used Demand CS as instructed. In two days I went to the basement and counted a dozen dead spiders on the floor. After four months, still no cobwebs. The residual effect is outstanding. I just treated again after 4 months. This will protect against spiders and pests throughout the winter. This product is very inexpensive. Using the recommended rate of 12ml per gallon on water. An 8 oz bottle should last me three years or more.

I am living in the country when the soy beans are harvested. This means the beetles and box-elder bugs cover my home. Since finding Demand CS, I no longer have a problem. I spray my house and it doesn't damage my paint and I have no more bugs. Thanks for your product!

I had a beetle that my pest control guy could not get rid of. I contacted DoMyOwn and they suggested this product. After using it my problem is beginning to get under control. Will spray again in 2 more weeks. I did have a problem with the part that is supposed to premeasure so I had to use another method...otherwise I would have given this a 5 star review.

This product, although expensive, is worth every dollar spent!!! We live on an acre of land and across from a forest therefore we have a LOT of mosquitoes and bugs and this product works like crazy!!! Definitely worth it for this outstanding product!

I purchased Demand in order to deal with a roach problem. A woman brought them into the building and the exterminator only sprayed the kitchen cupboards when he should have sprayed the bathroom as well due to them being attracted to the moisture in bathrooms. Well let me tell you this stuff works GREAT! You need VERY little in a large bottle of water to spray around your apartment or house. I still find the occasional dead roach. In fact I showed it to an exterminator that was in my building and when I asked him if it was good he went 'WHOA ! This stuff is great ! It will DEFINITELY kill roaches and bed bugs!' I thought it was very decent of him to be honest about the product because if he wanted to he could have just said 'Oh no you really should leave the treatment to us professionals' but he didn't. I have found other little bugs like lady bugs, beetles etc. that have gotten in though an open window deader than a door nail. I REALLY would recommend this to anyone who has a pest problem. Because I live in an apartment building I can't control my neighbors if they don't care about having roaches or bed bugs but I can sure do my part as the exterminators seem to really not use a good solution/ strength and they're in and out of an apartment in a few minutes! I'm only speaking of the company that was hired to do my building NOT any others.

Some of the longest control for spiders

I've been in the industry a short 5 years and have personally switched hundreds of customers to the company I worked for due to unsatisfactory results with their previous providers. By spraying Demand CS, we've been able to retain customer satisfaction, despite being a little more expensive than our competitors. Unfortunately for us, in an effort to cut expenses a little, we've switched you a cheaper product (also made by Sygenta) and the result has been even loyal customers that have been customers for years have noticed that spiders have been getting worse, and have been switching to cheaper companies (also spraying cheaper products) because why pay more for the same? Overall, I highly recommend Demand CS whether or not you're a personal applicator wanting to make your service stick out, or a DIYer wanting to give yourself a quality service. One 8oz bottle should last your home for a couple years.

Wasp Infestation

I had a severe Infestation of red wasps in the eves around my garage. After using Demand CS one time there was a noticeable reduction in the number of wasps. After 3 applications the wasps were almost totally gone. This product worked great.

We live in the southwest so scorpions can be an issue. I got this and discussed with our pesticide service who treated for termites. They said this is a very good product. Easy to use fill volume added to my 1.5 gallon sprayer and I did the entire yard. Did find one scorpion in the pool two days later, but trips at night with the black light have not found any. Used to get 2-5 per night.

Didn't realize how much I liked Demand CS until I tried one of the knockoff generic versions of it. Started seeing spiders and bugs within a month or 2 of using the generic version. I will be going back to using Demand CS from now on. Don't know why the difference between the 2 companies, since it's the same chemical... but something must be different. This product just works better. Especially in the heat of the desert, where I live.
