    My apartment is 700 sq ft, I find that I'm wasting product, can I batch in half a gallon?
    I used this in my new apartment and mixed 1 gallon to two packets since there was a strong infestation. However, after spraying I have about 1/2 gal left over that I throw away. How can I cut the wastage?
    A

    Demon WP Insecticide is only mixed at 1-2 packets per gallon of water and each finished gallon covers 1000 sqft.  When using inside you are only applying to cracks and crevices, along baseboards, etc.  Any leftover mixed solution should be discarded after 24 hours.  If there are outside areas you can spray you can apply there.

    How soon after spraying for fleas can your dogs and cats be readmitted to the areas you sprayed?

    Once you have applied Demon WP Insecticide and allowed it time to dry, usually 30-45 minutes, it is perfectly safe for your pet to re-enter the room or to go outside.

    What filter type would work for spraying Demon WP?
    I had purchased a 3m 6000 series mask with ov p100 filter magenta color I was doing research to make sure this will protect me because I'm spraying it in my car ive already bombed it once

    Demon WP Insecticide is not labeled to be used in vehicles, RV's, boats or any types of transportation vessels. We strongly recommend that you do not use this product or any product in areas not listed on the product labels for approved use.

    Can you use Demon spray on bedbugs?

    Demon WP Insecticide is not labeled for bedbugs.     How do you remove Demon residue from bricks?
    I sprayed the outside of my house including some of the brick and now I have white residue on my brick that I can not get off.

    Will Demon WP kill/repel mosquitos?
    A

    Demon WP is labeled for mosquitoes though it will leave a white residual that is visible on darker surfaces. According to the Demon WP product label: For mosquito control, apply as a general structural perimeter spray to landscape plantings, turf, and building foundations to control mosquitoes. Yards or other frequented areas enclosed by landscaping can benefit from the creation of a mosquito barrier to reduce invading mosquitoes by the treatment of perimeter vegetation. For best results, apply Demon WP at recommended rates in 2-5 gallons of water per 1,000 sq. ft. Higher volumes applied result in better coverage and, as a rule, will improve control.
     
    For mosquitoes, key is to apply to the underside of leaves on trees/bushes which is where the adults lay during the day, as well as in shady areas.  You would not treat entire areas of the lawn that are in full sun as it is not habitable for them there.

    Is Demon WP a repellant?
    To go after german cockroaches, my understanding is a combination of spray poison, insect growth regulator, and bait is recommended. In addition, avoid sprY and bait in the same area, because the spray, especially if it is a repellant, will keep the bugs from the bait. Can you tell me, is demon-wp a repellant, and how can bait and spray be used in the same treatment?

    Demon WP does contain a synthetic pyrethroid and synthetic pyrethroids are known to be somewhat repellent. However it will not necessarily repel insects from the area.

    What is the shelf life of Demon WP it's original intact factory packaging stored at normal household temperatures?

    While Demon WP Insecticide will kill all species of ants, it will not allow you to kill the colony, which is necessary to eradicate an ant infestation.  Our Indoor Ant Kit contains the necessary products to eradicate an entire colony of ants indoors.  Please see our Ant Treatment Guide for more information.

    Can Demon WP be used on commercial kitchens?
    A

    Demon WP can be applied indoors in commercial kitchens using a hand pump sprayer but is not labeled to be used in cabinets at all. Apply directly into cracks and crevices around the door frames, window frames, places where utilities (cables, pipes and wires) enter into the structure and around the baseboards. In kitchens you can also apply behind the fridge, stove, and under the dishwasher.

    Does it kill all types spiders?

    Demon WP would be a great choice for indoor and outdoor spider control. The active ingredient in Demon WP is cypermethrin, which is known to be one of the top choices for spider control. Spraying Demon WP will also help to get rid of the insects that spiders feed on and that will help to stop new spiders from moving in.

    Can you clean up Demon with bleach and water? Or how do you recommend?

    When using Demon WP on any surface you can use soap and water to get the product off of where it was applied. This should be sufficient to get the residue off. If you are having issues, we suggest contacting the product manufacturer Syngenta at 866-796-4368.

    Is it pet safe?

    Demon WP Insecticide is pet safe as long as you follow the manufacturer's labeled instructions.  Remove any animals from the areas being treated and keep them out of those areas until the product has had ample time to completely dry.
